In the event, Ms. Yongling Ding, the Deputy Managing Director of China Beijing Tong Ren Tang (Group) Company Limited and the General Manager of Beijing Tong Ren Tang Chinese Medicine Company Limited led 1,680 citizens and co-created the Largest Qigong Lesson Guinness World RecordsTM. “Beijing Tong Ren Tang is founded in 1669, with a rich history of 347 years, we have always persistently delivered our values “Serving the people and cultivating benevolence”, promoting the Chinese Medicine culture across the world. This year, Beijing Tong Ren Tang launches the first large scale stroke prevention event in Hong Kong – 300 years together, love and care for stroke prevention. A series of stroke awareness promotional events is held between September 30 to October 30, and in that period, we have arranged the first Chinese medicine stroke prevention themed display vehicle, free community Chinese medical service, Chinese and Western medical experts health seminars, in-store product promotions, as well as today’s large scale qigong stroke prevention exercise and walkathon. Besides, we have co-organized a series of popular stroke prevention public health seminars hosted by Chinese & Western medical experts with The Hong Kong Brain Foundation and The University of Hong Kong School of Chinese Medicine,” said Ms. Yongling Ding.
