夏季養生茶-茅根菊花茶

少喝冷飲 養陽養心

中醫認為,夏季養生注重在「養陽」及「養心」。人體陽氣活動旺盛,為適應炎熱的氣候,皮膚毛孔開泄,而使汗液排出,通過出汗,以調節體溫,陰津易隨汗外泄而耗傷,而汗為心之液,夏熱使人體腠理(肌肉及皮膚間的紋理)開泄,加上現代人喜愛喝冷飲,吹冷氣,往往易傷陽氣。

夏天汗液頗流,要補充水份,又不可喝太多冷飲,又有什麼可代替呢?不如試試今次為大家介紹的茅根菊花茶,冷熱俱佳,有潤燥、清肺熱、改善口乾舌燥的功效,適合肝火盛的人士飲用。
茅根菊花茶(4人份量)

材料:

  • 白菊花 5錢
  • 石斛(打碎) 3錢
  • 茅根 2両
  • 蜜棗 4粒
  • 水 1.5公升

做法:

  1. 茅根、白菊花洗淨,略浸備用
  2. 石斛、蜜棗略洗,將茅根一併放入煲內,加1.5公升清水,煲至水滾,改用小火煲約2小時,熄火
  3. 加入白菊花泡焗5分鐘,隔渣飲用即可

功效:

  • 石斛 – 益胃生津,滋陰清熱
  • 白菊花 – 具有疏風清熱、明目解毒
  • 茅根 – 清熱利尿,解毒袪濕,益腎
  • 蜜棗 – 清心潤肺,益脾
